About Us

My name is Richard Hale, a time served Painter / Decorator. I gained my Advanced City & Guilds Qualifications in 1990 (please see below right) when I attended Brunel College of Technology in Bristol.

My Apprenticeship was with John Lewis Partnership (John Lewis Department stores Ltd). I worked there for 10 years and left due to company relocation to Cribbs-Causeway in Bristol. I was then employed by Somer Housing Trust in Bath for six years working on planned maintenance covering Bath and rural areas.

Since leaving Somer Housing Trust in 2004 I have been self-employed, running my own painting and decorating company.

Some of the clients include: The Diocese of Bath and Wells, working on various decorating projects on church properties in the Diocese boundary area. I also have many private clients in the Avon and Somerset Area.

My company is approved by ICI Dulux to carry decorative work as recommended by Dulux. Please check http://www.dulux.co.uk for full details and guarantees.

I have also been checked by the criminal records bureau for any convictions,cautions, this is provided so I can join the trading standards buy with confidence scheme in Somerset (see details on left).
