I am a time served Painter/Decorator I gained my City&Guilds
Qualifications in 1990 when I atteneded Brunel College Of Technology in Bristol.My Apprenticeship was with John Lewis Partnership(John
Lewis Department Stores ltd).I working there for ten years and left due to being made redundant due to store relocating
to cribbs-causeway in Bristol .
I then was employed by Somer Housing Trust in Bath(housing
assiocation) for six years working on planned maintenance covering Bath and rural area.Since leaving somer housing trust I
am now self-employed running my own business.
One of my clients is the Diocese of Bath and Wells working on various
Decorating projects from Holy Trinity Rectory in Bath to other work in surrounding areas from Bathampton to Somerton
in Somerset.
Also working for various private clients in the Avon & Somerset Area.
I am also approved by ICI Dulux to carry decorative work as recommended
by Dulux.
Since October 2006 I have also been working part-time as decorating tutor at Norton
Radstock college for 16-20 year olds and adult learners to gain qualification in skills for working life in painting and decorating
I am also involved with Duke of Edinburgh adward scheme runing in the college on Wednesdays I find this very rewarding expanding
on life skills .
I work with Graham Walmsley from Midsomer-Norton another local Dulux
approved decorator to ensure that time scales are always met and all work are completed to the highest standard.Our
joint experience in training and knowledge will answer any of the problem that may arise and a solution will be found.
